This application allows your Help Desk secretary to create a password queue that pops up a system tray message for you techs to reset/unlock. The tech then opens the record and locks it from other users, the tech see the phone, user name, details and contacts the user. After helping the user they enter the details of the work completed and saves the record. Includes full report. Saves time and resources. Great for Active Directory and all other application password reset management.
