TicketAlert for Mac is a powerful business software that allows Mac users to receive notifications about new tickets and replies in their Kayako SupportSuite and eSupport helpdesk. With TicketAlert, you can stay on top of your customer support requests without having to constantly check your inbox or log into your helpdesk account. After installing TicketAlert on your Mac, you will have a new icon on the right-hand side of your menubar. This icon will display the number of new tickets and replies that you have received since the last time you checked. You can click on the icon to view a list of all the notifications that you have received. TicketAlert Free Edition vs. TicketAlert Professional TicketAlert comes in two editions: Free and Professional. The Free Edition offers basic notification features, while the Professional Edition includes additional features designed to enhance your productivity and efficiency. With TicketAlert Professional, you can receive notifications from more than one helpdesk, use filters to include or exclude specific notifications from the history dialog or only show alerts, view a selectable helpdesk/department tree in the history panel, access a selectable history stack of received notifications in the history panel, use a 'normal' menu for status items with counters showing # of notifications and tooltips showing last refreshes. You can also change sort orders for notifications based on priority levels or other criteria. Additionally, TicketAlert Professional allows users to automatically create ToDos in iCal or Things (http://culturedcode.com/things/) based on ticket priorities. What it is not...
