Description
Utility for blocking the activity of keyboard monitoring programs presumably running on your PC. Use of Keylogger Hunter allows you to be less dependent on freshness and completeness of the antivirus database, which can possibly contain no information about a rare version of a keylogger. Thus, you have an opportunity to install on your computer and use a special program, which would play a role of a second echelon for your data security.
Review
Designed to block hidden keyloggers from spying on you, Keylogger Hunter failed to work during our tests. At installation the program immediately docks to the system tray, though it provides no true interface. Aside from help files and links to the publisher's site, the program's tray icon offers no other options such as program configuration. We tested this utility by installing keylogging modules, and the program did not detect nor expose them. It also failed to display message alerts of discovered spy activities. Unlike more competent anti-keyloggers, this program seriously lacks options for scanning the PC and disabling and removing spy modules. We suggest users in need of anti-keylogging software skip this utility and continue their searches.
