How it Works:

To use iPerf2 for Mac OS X/iOS testing follow these steps:

1) Download the app from our website.

Note: If downloading from our website doesn't work due to security reasons then please download from Apple App Store.

Note: If downloading from Apple App Store then search "iPefr" in search bar.

Note: There are two apps available in Apple App Store named "iPefr" one is developed by us which supports IPv6 protocol while another one does not support IPv6 protocol so please make sure that correct app has been downloaded.

3) Open Terminal application (Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal).

4) Type "iperf -s" command if want to run server mode else type "iper -c <server IP address>" command if want run client mode.

5) Press enter key.

6) Now open iPefr application.

7) Click on "+" button at top right corner.

8) Enter Server IP address in Host field

9) Enter port number in Port field

10 ) Select Protocol either TCP/UDP

11 ) Select Test duration time

12 ) Click Start button

13 ) After completion of test result will be displayed.
