Description
SpinMyCursor is a small program that changes your mouse arrow to any (animated) Gif image. After selecting your image, you can decide to rotate that image to the direction you move your mouse. The effect is very realistic and funny. Applies for demonstration goals, or just for fun. Features are:

SpinMyCursor lets you import cursor designs or make your own to animate the cursor and make it more functional or more interesting. You'll never have to settle for a generic cursor again once you install this innovative app, and its intuitive and clearly laid-out interface makes it possible for users of all skill levels to take advantage of all of its features.
When you open SpinMyCursor, you'll see the main window with a sample cursor design, a bird flapping its wings, already loaded and ready to go. Sliding scales in the middle of the display let you control how large the animation is, the level of transparency, and the speed of animated movement. To make changes, just adjust the scales and click the "Apply" button. Below these scales, you can also specify whether you want the animation to stay on always or only go on when the mouse moves, or you can choose not to animate if you prefer. There is also a search box at the top for browsing your computer for images to import. The app accepts GIF images of all kinds, and there are clear instructions at the bottom of the main screen that walk you through the process of making your own animated cursor.
This app brings a lot of fun options to the table for cursor creation and use. It runs well, and it's free, meaning that there's really no reason not to give it a try, especially if you're tired of looking at the same old cursor every day.
