Description
This is a version of the popular game of Othello. The objective of this classic strategy game is to finish the game with the greater amount of pieces (circles) of the same color. Option panel will enable you to set the difficulty of the computer and also see the playable squares. At present, only French and English versions are available, for other ones, English is set by default.
Review
This free gadget offers third-party play of Othello to Internet Explorer 6 users, though its arrangement isn't as captivating as some online games we've come across. Graphically, Othello's sleek, modern facade is pleasant to look at, yet it's small in stature and offers no sound effects. The game is played much the same as its classic board game version, but you'll get to determine the difficulty level of each game. During testing, setup is a snap and the game is loaded and ready to play instantly. While some features aren't exactly up to par, Othello buffs with the right version of Internet Explorer will still enjoy this rousing game.
