Firefly is a Web Browser made specifically for kids to make their surf experience safe. Firefly is meant to be SIMPLE. We know there are lots of complicated software tools for making your surfing safer. We believe parents should be active in their children's online experiences. Once you have your favorites entered, parents should be able to let their children surf safely without constant supervision. However, Firefly does not disable or prevent children from using chat or other web-browsers. It is up to parents to make and monitor their household surfing rules, one of the simple rules for your children is simply to use Firefly to surf the net.

Review
This free Web browser gives young kids a safer place to browse the Web, although configurations are slim and can't be customized for multiple children.
Firefly Web Browsers' colorfully animated GUI is interactive and fun. Games and homework help for Grades 1 through 8 are accessible on the application's home page. Parents will like that the program blocks every Web page until you've added it to the Approved list. Configurations are password-protected, though there aren't very many options. You'll be able to schedule online-access times, but not per child and only for this program.
We would have liked some other program blocks and schedulers as well to keep kids from launching other browsers and applications. While parents of young kids close in age will appreciate Firefly, those of varying ages will want to locate an application with more configurable options.
