USPS offers an online tool to Generate Express Mail labels. However, it is up to the individual company to program and implement. All the work has been done in this DLL. Easily obtain USPS Express Mail labels (graphic or PDF format) quickly and easily for your USPS parcels in an object oriented environment with this tool. The DLL also includes the ability to print a graphic label format directly to a specified printer. See our home page for code examples and additional licensing information.
