Review
This handy utility provides simple but effective hot keys to use in place of the mouse, although the assigned hot keys can't be tailored.
ReSizer doesn't have an interface, but rather lists the predefined hot keys and their functions on the program's Help guide. We were able to perform several functions--such as changing a window's position, resizing it, and even maximizing and minimizing windows--all from the keyboard. ReSizer also includes toggle on top and opacity adjustment features. It silently resides in the system tray and doesn't slow your system's resources.
We wish we could alter the given hot keys to our liking. A shortcut key to open the hot key list and enable the key functions also would have been convenient. Regardless, users looking for an effective alternative to using the mouse functions will find this freeware useful.
