ComicBase has a neatly designed, skinnable interface that is simple to understand. It comes preloaded with more than 300,000 comics titles, and you can easily add, edit, copy, or delete entries. It can handle tons of information for each title, including comic type, condition, and selling price. You can quickly pinpoint a specific issue by title, publisher, or even cover price. We found it easy to import images of the cover and to preview and print reports. We like the quick-access link to atomicavenue.com to purchase new comics or to sell what you already have.
To our dismay, we experienced a few performance stalls. Its whopping 102MB download size might turn off potential users as well. Even so, any avid comic collector will benefit from this handy and useful freeware application.
