eSamvaad is a desktop enhancement tool which makes use of Text-to-Speech and Microsoft Agent. It can read whatever is entered in the textbox provided, read Clipboard, read Word documents, read TXT documents. Also it is able to tell time (in two formats), date (in six formats).
