Review

Editor review

This very useful program combines several utilities for making your PC more efficient. Fresh System's straightforward interface is a snap to understand, and the program handles all its cleaning functions at a good rate. The uninstaller tool marks programs that didn't uninstall cleanly and quickly wipes their traces from your registry. However, it proved powerless against a few particularly nasty species of adware. The program lets you manage what applications launch at start-up, and the utilities for finding and deleting empty folders and duplicate files are welcome additions. The program also protects your privacy and saves space by erasing Web-browser tracks such as history, cache, typed URLs, and cookies. If you have to abort any type of scan, Fresh System can automatically pick up where you left off. Easy to use and powerful, this program will be a boon to anyone with a cluttered machine, especially frequent downloaders.
