Timelot Power is an easy-to-use time-clock software that works for any size business. Immediately add your employees to the program, and they can clock in and out with a four-digit passcode. The administrator can create many reports.
Timelot features the capacity for 150 employees; networking capabilities; security; 1- to 45-day reporting periods; the ability to export reports to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, DBF, RTF, CVS, HTML, TXT, XML, and SQL; the ability to edit employee time entries; and the ability to track overtime, absences, vacation, and sick time. Review
Besides logging time, this punch clock program offers basic payroll functions. Timelot Power considers employees' schedules as well as vacation and sick time. It can calculate wages for normal and overtime hours. Although you can't view the recorded data inside the program, it saves reports on absence, overtime, and wages in common document formats such as HTML, Word, RTF, XML, SQL, and CSV. Alternate input methods are limited to the bar-code scanner. Timelot Power could be improved by adding a kiosk mode in which a PC would display the program full-screen and accept logins only. The database records up to 45 days for 150 employees, which is enough for small and mid-size businesses.
