Visual Modeler for UML provides extensive support for UML 2.0 (Unified
Modeling Language) with templates for six most commonly used UML diagrams: class diagram, package diagram, use case diagram, state diagram, sequence diagram, and activity diagram. It supports UML 2.0 and various types of technical diagrams. It supports exporting the diagrams in many common graphics format. It also exports the model of the diagrams in XML. Visual Modeler 4.0 for UML is easy to use. Its GUI interface is intuitive and straightforward. It supports drag-and-drop of most shapes. It also provides intelligent support for graph editing operations.
Version 4 supports a wide variety of basic shapes commonly used in technical drawings, provides full support of language features defined in UML 2.0, provides a rich set of pre-defined templates of customized shape for some common technical diagrams, such as flowcharts, and other improvements.
