Campaigner is a flexible and powerful tool for running campaigns for tabletop games such as Warhammer, Warhammer 40k, Mechwarrior, De Bellis Multitudinis and virtually any other game system that you can think of. The interface allows you to create custom rules for almost any action you need to take place in your game world.
