Description
Simply and Quickly at the end of the game, the Coach generates a 'Game Card'. The Coach enters and sends an Opposition TES rating and game detail to their whole Team, which provides the all important 'Context'.
Then the Coach & Player enter their own Evaluative Analysis of the Player performance, in a Double Blind environment, using the exact same Criteria.
Using this consistent Criteria, a player can better comprehend their game performance, from the Coaches perspective, and everyone (Player, Parent, Coach), can develop a clear understanding of levels and expectations.
