Description
The new nutrition software Nutrinote 2009 for the home PC is meant for everyone who wants to achieve long-lasting weight loss or who needs to monitor what they eat. An interactive, animated food diary, a calorie warning light, several diary analyses and diagrams make dieting easier and highlight hidden sources of calories. It comes with a nutritional table with 7,500 foods and it tells you how many calories are burned while doing one of 300 different types of sports or activities. The installation can take place using a USB stick, making it possible to take Nutrinote with you to the office or on vacation.
