Excel spreadsheet uses 26 built-in templates for 8 & 12 hour shifts and 3 to 5 crews to find the annual payroll associated with each schedule using your overtime rules and costs allowing you to quickly evaluate the cost of alternative schedules. You can also use it to schedule your crews for up to 52 weeks while creating individual and group schedules and sending scheduling information to your Outlook calendar, PDA or smart phone.
