This is a real small dictionary with more than 22500 words and their Hindi meanings. I tried to design it as a compact one, without Designing frills. It will consume lesser space on your Desktop. Version 1 looks bit redesigned.

Chini Mini Dictionary an English-Hindi Dictionary is a small and basic dictionary of English and Hindi words. Users seeking a no-frills dictionary for quick translations should find that this program meets their needs.
The program's interface is very basic, with a column of English words on the left and their Hindi counterparts on the right. To look up a word, users start typing at the top of either column, and words that match the given sequence of letters will be displayed. Users should note that the Hindi words use the Hindi alphabet; transliterations are not provided. The dictionary does not contain separate entries for words that could conceivably occupy multiple parts of speech ("raise," for example, could be a noun or a verb), so users will want to be careful with those sorts of translations. The program has very few features beyond English-Hindi meanings. Users can increase or decrease the size of the font and resize the whole dictionary, but that's about it. A small built-in Help page lists the program's functions but doesn't go into any detail, although admittedly there's not much detail to go into.
Chini Mini Dictionary is free. It installs and uninstalls without issues. We recommend this program to all users who need a basic English-Hindi dictionary.
