BlueX is an open source Java based explorer can detects removable drives viruses. It works in the JVM memory so there is no threat from auto-run viruses as they will not be activated. Features include customizable, automatic scanning, full furnished explorer with copying and deleting, advanced file searching, provides plug-in based environment so that multiple plug-ins can be installed, automatic updates (Proxy setting enabled), plug-in management, exception management, intelligent threading mechanism, and favorites management.
