You can digitally sign your documents to verify that you created them. You can add watermarks and PDF during PDF creation. Hyperlinks and bookmarks from MS word document will be preserved in the PDF output. Fonts can be embedded for the PDF output to keep authentic look whenever the PDF is viewed. You can control the resolution and quality of the images inside the PDF during creation to control file size or include higher resolution.

PDF files have become the standard way to distribute formatted documents online. BCL EasyPDF offers a quick way to translate other types of documents into that form, taking the print output from almost any application and turning it into a PDF. As is typical of programs that install as print drivers, its interface isn't accessible through the Windows Start menu. Instead, options for formatting and creating the PDFs appear after you choose the Print option inside other applications. From here, a user can adjust the quality and file size of embedded images, add security and watermarks, and select from a variety of paper sizes. In Microsoft Word, the program also installs a new toolbar that provides a few extra options linked to Word formatting. Unlike some other PDF creators, BCL EasyPDF doesn't provide advanced features such as a preview function or editing tool, but its output does a good job of mirroring the original documents. On the whole, we feel comfortable recommending this program as long as you don't need to do any substantial editing of documents during the conversion process.
