A tool to collect data for scientific research. Participant groups respond simultaneously to your questionnaire using multiple devices. You must subscribe to the site "Questionnaire.systamex.ca" to use this application. Visit our website for more information. First, you prepare your questionnaire on our website. Then, you download your questionnaire on several iPhones or iPod touch. The participants answer the questionnaire directly on an iPod touch or iPhone, without network connection. The answers (data) are saved locally. Several participants may answer the questionnaire on the same device before the data will be transmitted to the server. Use the username "demo" and password "demo" to answer a questionnaire demonstration. The application is specially configured to meet the highest standards. - The group of participants can be identified. - The responses of the participants are anonymous. - A minimum response time is imposed (1 second) to avoid false responses caused by multiple keys accidentally. - A visual effect shall notify the participant of the change of the question. - In case of the application is closed, the questionnaire returns automatically to the last question as soon as the application is reopened. It is therefore not necessary to take back the questionnaire from the beginning. DATA PROCESSING After the questionnaire administration, the responses on the iPods have to be transmitted to the server. Data are available immediately on our web site to be processed for the statistical analysis.
