Description
Sony Vaio Theme is a theme for Google Chrome. This theme is based on the recent design of the Sony Vaio laptop. It works especially well with the white version of the laptop. The entire color scheme is based off of that of the laptop - right down to the orange/green light from the power button being used to highlight your recent tabs.

Back in the olden days we looked at the Internet using Netscape Navigator on our huge beige CRT monitors. We've come a long way from there; now it's possible to match the look of your browser to that of your laptop. Sony Vaio Theme is an extension for Google Chrome that takes your Vaio's aesthetics and brings them to your browser.
Like most Chrome extensions, Sony Vaio Theme is easy to install. It immediately transformed the color scheme of Chrome on our computer. The silver-gray default color changed to a paler, almost white color, with a grid pattern in the background. When a new tab is opened, a gray background color toward the top is accented with more of the grid pattern toward the bottom, along with the Vaio logo. The most visited Web sites are outlined in orange, and the outline turns to green when you mouse over them. That's pretty much the extent of the changes that Sony Vaio Theme makes to Chrome, and that's just fine. It's subtle and tasteful, and we think it would look quite nice on a Vaio, especially a white one with a gray keyboard. It's a stylish way to customize your laptop with very little effort.
