Description
Create sticky notes on your desktop. Change their color and font. Have them automatically start with the computer. All notes are automatically saved. New sticky notes are created from an icon located in the icon tray next to the computer's clock.
Review
This bare-bones sticky-notes program does what it promises but lacks key features that many of its freeware competitors offer. As you'd guess, Simply Stickies allows you to append tiny notes to your desktop. You can choose from one of nine note colors and change the font size, style, and color. However, the program lacks alarm functionality, and the transparency of the notes cannot be adjusted. Also, considering its simplicity, we find the two-note trial version very limited indeed. We'd guess most users won't want to pay for such a basic note-taking program in lieu of what can be had elsewhere for no charge.
