GedScape lets you easily and rapidly browse all GEDCOM data for individuals & families including photos, citations & notes with an intuitive browser-style interface. View indexes of individuals, dates & places, charts including pedigrees, family & descendants charts. Summary tables let you quickly locate individuals then display their details. Create ancestor & descendant reports with photos and narrative descriptions, using many different standard genealogical numbering systems. All photos referenced by a GEDCOM are gathered into a photo gallery. A key feature is that it will export a Web site (HTML) with the identical user interface to that used by GedScape itself. So your site can include charts, reports, photos and you see exactly what your site will look like before you create it. You can also browse the low-level structure of a GEDCOM file, convert GEDCOMs to text/CSV and re-export GEDCOMs with character set conversion.
