AndroXplorer supports advanced multiple-views file browsing. View-to-view navigation is as easy as swiping left or right. Each view has a self-contained folder with full file manager functions. Another key feature of AndroXplorer are the sliding drawers for file sorting, navigation and toolbar. File sorting has never been easier with this approach. Pull down the pertinent drawer for sorting, tap on the sort type to sort, tap again for ascending or descending sorting. These uniquely designed sliding drawers also provide fast navigation within a view, making it a very smooth flow of operation from folder to folder and subsequently performing file operations easily within the destination folder. To manage your installed applications, AndroXplorer provides My Programs. This feature aggregates all installed applications within a single folder. Tap on an application within the folder to activate, to see the properties or to get more information from the market. Options also available to uninstall and performing backup where it is applicable.

Rooting your phone is a scary step for first-timers, but the possibility of increased control and usability is very tempting. AndroXplorer is a very interesting happy medium for the average person. It gives you plenty of control without needing a ton of technical know-how. Just use it with caution and stay inside of your comfort zone for the best experience.
Though AndroXplorer isn't the coolest thing to look at -- unless you like the cute little Android mascot -- it is powerful. It lets you look at every nook and cranny of your smartphone's or tablet's insides. Not only can you browse, but you can copy, delete, and relocate files. What makes it great for first-time users is that you can't delete some of the more important files on your phone accidentally. If you try, your phone will stop you before the app does it. The app's layout is definitely an eyesore, but you can change the colors and file layout.
Though it might not give a lot of options for "superusers," AndroXplorer is an excellent gateway app for new users. This app will help rookie rooters find out more about their device, including what files to stay away from until they know more.
