BitTorrent File Search Toolbar for Firefox. Allows to search numerous sites in a matter of minutes for needed torrent files. If you prefer be anonymous and use software done by users instead of 3rd party companies that spy on you and log your search habits, then this toolbar is for you.

This free Firefox extension quickly finds torrents, but it's missing a lot of helpful features commonly found on other toolbars.
TorrentBar would be better served as a single button instead of as a typical toolbar add-on. It includes a drop-down menu with options for browsing an interesting mix of English and Polish P2P news sites. A Help menu is also included in the drop-down list. A long list of present torrent sites can be found under the Search button. We typed in a keyword in the search field, chose a site from the list, and the program quickly pulled up the corresponding torrent site with related torrent links. Still, there's a lot of wasted space on the toolbar that would be perfect for such standard toolbar features as a pop-up blocker, an e-mail notifier, or a weather forecast.
It would have been nice if you could place the toolbar in a more inconspicuous location so as to not take up as much space. As a toolbar, more customizable additions would have made it more functional. Even so, TorrentBar works if you're looking for a simple torrent search tool.
