Description

When it's activated, when you hover over Japanese words they'll be translated in a pop up. If you hit shift/enter, you'll see some information about the first Kanji. Another similar plugin was made a few months back so I almost didn't continue this endeavor, but in the end, I decided that the other project wasn't really active and more importantly, that rikaichan worked well so I wanted a project that built upon the great work Jon and his compatriots have already completed.
