Then every Monday, we provide you with a Glimpse of aggregate data across all members. You can see how your firm stacks up against the others, and how it changes over time.
The Glimpse only provides aggregate and anonymous results. Member identity is never revealed.
Your work happiness doesnt come from your annual bonus or the free snacks in the company kitchen. Its the product of a million micro-moments throughout the week everything from frustration to satisfaction. We aim to measure those moments, so that you can see how your happiness stacks up against the rest of the working world.
