Description
The DC Adhere application was built to help patients with the following:
1. Get access to and manage their medications and appointments in one place
2. Review medications / appointments and add reminders to avoid missing important medications / appointments
3. Get timely alerts for dose reminders, refills, program enrollment and eligibility
4. Access member card all the time via the app
