WalkMe developed a comprehensive "Walk Thru" system to address the growing web complexity, while at the same time, provide online publishers an advanced tool that could be custom-tailored to the needs of their users.

WalkMe's system takes the users by the hand and walks them, step-by step, through a series of tip balloons attached to different elements on the web page. Set up to appear in a sequential manner triggered by the users' actions, this instructional sequence is arranged by the publisher, so that user can follow the publisher's pre-defined steps confidently. Using WalkMe's system does not require any modification to the underlying software, and the "Walk Thru" creation process is simple, and does not need any technical skills.
