Scribble's is a standalone, fully portable program, you can copy the Scribble's Notepad EXE onto a USB and then access your notes and settings on any Windows computer with .NET 4 framework. Scribble's Notepad 2.0 offers a brand new interface, with themes, brand new controls and utilities and a note page to organize all your notes.
