Description
WinBASP is a program for mapping, seriation, correspondence analysis, clustering, simulation and social status analysis of archaeological data. This data exists in many different forms. It may be in single graves from a given period of time distributed over a large area, it may be a single cemetery, various finds from a single excavation, single objects which have been measured according to definite criteria or other data. In order to transform this raw data into a form which a computer program can process, it must be assigned to numerical categories which can be used for computation.
