Description
OtterOCR reads text from paper and translates the images into a form that the computer can manipulate text. This program enables you to take a book or a magazine article, feed it directly into an electronic computer file, and then edit the file using a word processor. OtterOCR is able to merge OCR text output into paginated single OCR files, AND work recursively to OCR documents in folders and subfolders.
