Description
Bates Express is a program for stamping bates numbers to PDF, DOC, TXT, HTML, and XLS files or emails in batch. You can stamp bates to your emails or Word files and convert to PDF simultaneously. You can use predefined stamps (such as confidential, highly confidential, for attorney's eyes only, and commercially sensitive) or enter any customized text or numbers. It allows selecting the color, font, size, and the position of bates stamp. You are able to convert emails to PDF and stamp bates numbers to each page in just one click.
