Description
XmlSendmail is a FREE command-line utility for the Windows platform that sends emails using an XML configuration file. It's a compiled self contained executable so there's no need to use Perl, Java, or compile anything. It supports all the basic SMTP functionality, basic SMTP authentication, and multiple file attachments.
