MarkitShare is a tablet based application that is designed specifically for estate agents that empowers them to secure more sole mandates, improve lead volumes and associated sales performance, as well as securely manage and back-up all agent buyer and seller related data. MarkitShare increases sole mandates by maximizing agent performance and professionalism. Through the agents usage of cutting edge technology and advanced, yet easy to use, listing processes that add significantly more value to the sellers objective. Such listing functionality includes;1.Efficiently and accurately capture all the property related listing information, including high quality photos, there and then in the first meeting with the seller.2.Provision of financial and market data relevant to the sellers property. 3.Providing the seller with real time quotations and guidance around other financial elements of the transaction.4.Integration of Maps & Street View into the listing.5.Immediate, real time (at the push of a button) listing of the property on key property portals.6.Management of the listing.The MarkitShare system is logical and easy to use, yet immensely powerful. All of the above is achieved, the mandate concluded and property listed within 40 minutes of the agent meeting the seller. In addition to securing more sole mandates, MarkitShare also directly support agents in generating higher levels of leads and in turn sales. This is done through the listing being pushed into the public domain real time (i.e. no lead time between capturing the listing and getting it to the buyer market). But more importantly, sales performance is optimised through MarkitShares unique MEMBER NETWORK LISTING SHARING SYSTEM. This system enables member agents to;1)Create and build their own referral partner / agent network groups (similar to LinkedIn).
