Description
A simple round timer with just the bells, no whistles. Set at either 2 or 3 minute workout round lengths with 1 minute or 30 seconds rest period. Timer runs continuous and can be reset at any time. The green light glows during workout periods, the yellow light glows during the final 30 seconds of each round and the red light shines during the rest period. (Optional) Also play your own music during your rounds.
