Photopass Visitor Management Software is specially designed to keep track of visitor coming and going out of the premise.The software is compatible with all most all regular web cam. Check-In new visitor with all details like Name, Contact No., Email ID, Company,Address, Purpose of Visit, Employee (Host), Department and Remarks. Dropdown lists for easily selecting Visitor Type, Purpose of Visitor and Department from previous entries.Print pass on a self-adhesive sticker using thermal printer or on a normal paper/paper-card with any ink jet/laser jet printers. Visitor record can be modified by choosing Update menu item in Checked-In List or the Search List, view the list of visitors who are currently checked in, easy checkout a visitor with just a double click, options to modify check-in details or to delete a record, from the checked-in list, and datewise Time wise and movement wise (In/Out) tracking of visitors with photograph.
