Driver Planner

Description

Driver Planner is a repeating diary which helps you keep track of your patients and drivers. It has been designed specifically for use in Hospices and Daycare Centers where patients are transported by volunteer drivers or ambulances. You can see which patients will attend on any given day, and which drivers are available on that day to collect patients. By telling Driver Planner which drivers usually collect which patients you will quickly build a repeating schedule that you can view weeks or months in advance, and which updates automatically as patient data changes. Driver Planner deals easily with patients who will miss attendance due to hospital appointments or ill health, or who need collecting from an alternate address such as a nursing home, as well as driver's holidays and days off.
