Description
DISMOD II is a software tool that may be used to estimate the incidence and the mortality percentage in case of specific diseases. The main window of the application enables you to select the disease identification, select the variables you are interested in such as incidence, duration, mortality or remission for both male and female persons. DISMOD requires estimates of population structure (relative numbers of children, adults, and the elderly) as well as background mortality rates.
