Easily scan through a file 1000 bytes at a time.
There is an issue with Windows Vista, 7, and 8 whereby Hex is claimed to be 'Not Responding'. This is because application.DoEvents() was disabled to make loading 1000 bytes as quick as possible. So, please wait a few seconds for the file to load.
