When you're copying large files using the Windows copy-function, if an error occur with one of the files, the copy process will be stopped. Folder Copy & Backup is an improved version copy-function, it lets you copy an entire folder even if an error occurs, and skip the files that may have error and cannot be copied, and generate the files list which failed to copy. Folder Copy is easy to use, just right click the context menu of the windows explorer, and choice 'Copy This Folder', Folder Copy program will be open, you can also define which type of files you want to be copied. Folder Copy & Backup is also a file backup and sync tool, the task can be set to automatic runs at the schedule time. The sync task can bi-directional synchronize the files between two folders, the backup task can archive multiple versions backed up copies for different time.

Folder Copy & Backup provides people with a tool for copying large amounts of files with a program aimed at sidestepping any errors. Thanks to its simple controls and easy-to-use display, it achieves its goals nicely.
This program's interface is primitive enough that most users should feel instantly comfortable. A few large icons detail the commands and expandable file trees help navigate folders and their destinations. However, if you do begin scratching your head, the Help menu drops down and offers helpful how-to's and even defines terminology the program uses. We were impressed with the ease and simplicity of copying folders. With some intuitive file tree management, we had our folders copied and in their destination in a matter of seconds. One important note, though, was that we did not encounter any errors while copying; a major plus since sidestepping these problems is one of Folder Copy & Backup's biggest claims. Beyond simply copying and storing files, the program offers a small palette of added features that enhance the experience. The two biggest are its ability to filter only specific file types while copying, and the comparison the program runs between the folder being copied and the folder it is going to.
With a simple focus and intuitive design, we were very pleased with this 30-day trial's ability to copy our folders. We recommend this program to anyone with a lot of data to back up.
