Description
Feel Good is simple and easy-to-use software that runs from Monday to Sunday and helps you to track the food you are allowed to eat each day. There are three scoring Grids named Healthy Food, Indulgences, and Exercises. At the end of the Week after you have made your Sunday choices you can click on the Calculate Button on the Main Screen and total up your score. Each week your score will be added to the List on the Configure Page. With its user-friendly interface you have the possibility to easily manage your scores achieved for each week so you can feel better with yourself and your body.
