StageCaller lets you connect an iPhone (or any iOS 5.1.1+ device) to an existing MIDI or OSC network and trigger sounds (like a phone ringing) or vibration using your favorite cuing software. you can trigger actions (sounds or vibration) via OSC/MIDI. actions can be stopped: - by receiving another OSC/MIDI trigger - by a swipe on the lock screen - after repeating a number of times - until device is picked up (on certain devices - basically iPhone 4 and higher) - until volume is changed receive device heartbeat via OSC/MIDI to make sure your device is still connected automatic reconnect to MIDI Host (experimental and undocumented, but works really well) load your own sounds via Dropbox or GoogleDrive iOS9, iOS8, iOS7, iOS6, and iOS5 compatiblePlease note while running StageCaller : Receiving MIDI or OSC commands in the background will dramatically decrease battery life.If you are experiencing any network lag or connectivity issues, please make sure your wireless router has the latest firmware installed - trust me... it'll help a lot
