Expense Calculator

Description

A desktop application which can be used to calculate and maintain routine expenses. It is specially designed for the special accountant who used to maintain daily routine expenses record in a group of 4 to 6 people.

Expense Calculator have these functionalities

You can add candidates into the application (Maximum number of candidates is 6).

You can remove candidates from the application.

You can feed daily expenses spent by the candidates.

You can transfer cash amount from one candidate to another candidate.

You can revert last 5 transactions.

You can generate Due Amount Report.

You can generate Total Expense Report.

You can export Due Amount Report and Total Expense Report in .csv format.

You can change your password.

You can specify alert amount, if for any candidate due amount exceeds the alert amount, there will be a alert message.

You can restore database in case of an application failure.

You can invoke windows calculator from application.

You can get Payee, Payers and Amount details for Due Amount
