e-SoilMap is a mobile application which is developed to enhance the efficiency of soil information in the field survey for agro-ecosystem. In traditional ways of the soil survey, it was very difficult to lay out own soil data on the map for creating a new user-oriented soil map, especially for non-technical users. This mobile application allows various users to create a high-value-added digital soil map. Key features of this application are:* Users can quickly view the soil information around the current location regardless of cell phone coverage in the field.* Users can add memos and files, including photos and PDFs, at the arbitrary point on the map.* Users can share the memos and files over different devices by saving the data on the cloud storage.* Memos are saved in the format of Keyhole Markup Language (KML).
