My Xpense app not only records your income and expenditures, it helps to manage your money more effectively with ease. Each expense category can be associated with a monthly budget. Users can configure alerts to be notified when the expenses have reached a specific percentage of the budget. Similarly users can set alerts for expenses against income. A snapshot view on the dashboard always gives you the monthly income, expenses and available balance. Enjoying your vacation and still want to update your expenses quickly, create a Template which allows you to record multiple expense entries for different categories on the go Your recurring/standing order income or expenses will go through a workflow process. You can approve or reject a specific income or expense. Only approved entries will be recorded in the application. You could also set the auto-approval option to avoid approving each recurring transaction. Once the app is installed, it gives option to configure your important recurring income or expense, thus helping you to use the app effectively right from the first instance.
