Box Sync for Mac lets you sync your files from your Box account across all of your devices when you install the app on them, as well. You can select which files you want to sync and which you want to share with others to make keeping information flowing more smoothly than ever.

To use Box Sync for Mac, you'll have to sign up for a free Box account by entering your email address and choosing a password. You'll have to confirm your email address by clicking a link in the message you receive, and that will take you to your Box account online where you can manage the information you'd like to store there. The tutorial that opens the first time you visit the site walks you through the basics of navigating your account, and you can add files quickly by just dragging and dropping them in. The files you add will appear in a list on your main screen, and you can organize them from there. All of the files you add this way will show up immediately on all of the devices you install the mobile app on, and you can open any of these files just by opening the Box Sync app on your computer and choosing to open the folder under the Settings tab.

This app has a highly streamlined interface that makes the process of navigating and accessing your files as straightforward as possible. If you're looking for a new cloud storage system, this one is worth trying out to see if it suits your needs. The personal Box account is free and comes with 2MB of storage. You can get 100GB for $10 per month, or upgrade all the way to a business plan for $15 per user per month. The business plan comes with a host of extra security and convenience features in addition to the extra storage.
