This App is designed to attract young people who maybe experiencing mental health difficulties. These difficulties could be due to a combination of events such as exam pressure, loss of friendship groups, bereavement, loss of confidence, loss of self esteem etc.. The app is a series of simple questions designed to make the reader think about their mental health. Once the questions are completed there are a number of explanations / links to websites to provide help.
